Mind you, it's all obiter dicta--the bullshit in the case--until the judge rules on its admissibility. But Trayvon was not smoking weed, fighting, or carrying a gun at the time he was accosted by Zimmerman, I think the defense is just opening up as many tins of red herring they can. His texts aren't relevant to the facts of the case, as Trayvon was walking exactly where he was supposed to, wearing clothing totally appropriate for that night's weather. |
