I feel the death penalty should be reserved for traitors, mass murderers and foreign terrorists.I think the way it used to work in Britain post-1957 was broadly correct. Terrorism needs special treatment, I agree; and I don't see why their naturalization status should affect this, if their loyalties are to some hypothetical caliphate instead of to America. |
