So, did the military disrespect Judiasm every day?If what you say is true, then yes. Even at the height of WW II, they should have been able to serve Kosher food in base kitchens in the US and provided packaged Kosher rations. The exception would be non-packaged food at a forward base. I agree that the cooks on some island still partially occupied by the Japanese couldn't be expected to cook Kosher. |
