Except it's not safe to leave it illegal. Forgetting about foreign cartels, a lot of gang activity is funded by it.Also, the fact that it is illegal is what makes it a "gateway drug". The same dealer selling mary-j is also pushing the harder stuff. Once people have decided to break the law they're on the other side of the 'gate'. The barrier should be more reasonable. |
