That one, HOA. It was easy to copypasta so went with it. However, municipal and local regulations (including implied federal ones) are usually in PDF form, so went with that.

ALL pools are regulated, even inflatable ones. If not by the locality, then certainly by your insurance carrier. Point is that pool regulations far exceed gun regulations even though pools don't kill people, water does. :)
