OK. But you originally said

Nobody has any intentions of trampling on privately owned real estate. Even the Soviet Russians never did. (they tried but failed)

and I am pointing about land that peasants owned to farm that got seized. That is real estate too.

If you meant "private houses" and not "real estate" in your original post, then I would agree.
