But sorry, there's plenty of other sources that indicate that for all practical purposes peasants in Russia owned their land from 1918 till it was seized in the late 1920s.Again, by "own" I do not mean deed in the courthouse, but I do mean full control of how it was used, and ability to leave it to their children. |
