Far more would do so if it had the stamp of legal approval and the ease of being purchased in a local store.People who support legalized drugs of any sort forget history. At one time, it was ALL legal, and (except for weed, which was once exotic) consumed at rates that would dwarf anything seen today. At one time, 2 out of every 3 middle and upper class women were addicted to opium, before it was outlawed. |
