Much of that increase will be among more casual users, like a joint on Saturday afternoon types. Limiting advertising to places where it can be legally sold is a solid good idea. taking cues WRT producers from the wine industry is also good (why not only permit alcoholic beverage licensees,who know regulatory ropes and how to keep kids OUT from access as routine business practice the opportunity to market to the public?). |
