Living Alone Tax Strategy

This is a tax I see being passed in about 20 years. Basically if you have too much space, you'll pay an addition federal tax.

For example, my aunt and uncle living in a 2BR with an attic and backyard on LI and have more space than they need. It's not fair. Not fair they live in a 2BR with attic and yard while others live in a much tighter space like an apt in Queens.

The tax will be used for the federal gov't to both force such greedy bastards out of their capitalist households, and into a more reasonable 1BR, so that a family with kids can be moved in, under gov't +.
