I agree with you, although I'm not sure who this "Christina" is that you lean on. ;)It's crazy that being white would exclude someone from being part of diversity. It kind of proves what LuchAAA has been saying about how it's everyone (minorities/women) allied against white males. I agree that you have less access to scholarships and have no programs for employers looking to hire you, but white males still do the best in the job market imo. What employers look for when hiring is someone that can succeed and fit in and be part of the team. If you are black, have an accent, etc. that puts you at a big disadvantage unless they are specifically looking for such a minority. |
