Let's create a "federal board" to decide what New York City needs. Might I suggest that the board consist of Lynn Cheney, Trent Lott and Carl Rove??Somebody hand me a razor blade so I can slit my wrist. New York is so horribly, incompetently, retarded-ly run today that almost anything's got to be an improvement.
