I base this on my real life experiences in Queens. I never even knew what a Benefit Card was until I was around the Russians.The Russians are all jacked up on benefits. Lots of immigrants get the Benefit card. The most expensive way is a fake marriage. Another way is to have kids. If you live under poverty line and have kids, NY will give you a Benefit for your kids and the parents. They're all US citizens. |
