First we gotta pay th ebill that already exists. So let's get out of Afghanistan, lose the unwanted military spending, subsidies to large oil and agribusiness conglomerates, tax breaks and loopholes for banks and financiers, and spend that money wisely on infrastructure, R&D and help for those that need it most. THAT will generate revenue long after the bill at near 0% interest is paid.. Let's lose the FICA ceiling and get those programs properly funded. When the money stolen from the surplus generated in the 1990s is paid back so the babyboomers get the secure retirement they paid for already THEN we can talk about tax cuts.
