Wouldn't it make more sense for anybody in the witness protection program to live somewhere less populated and/or in a place where they are less likely to bump into somebody they know? Like Bluefield, West Virginia as an example?LOL. True. But take a guy like Sal Vitale. How can he live in WV and not stand out? He's an Italian from Brooklyn. He would blend in perfectly in Broward County, Florida. There are witness protection or former witness protection Italians living in plain site down there. One opened a pizzeria and ended up getting in trouble with the law again. Fabio Bartalotta and Anthony Tabbita are two other names that come to mind and Florida Italians from NY who have been in witness protection. |
