I see what you mean. I think religions adapt for the most part, kind of like giving up the meatless Fridays like the Catholics did. I hate to bring up the H word but there's also movement away from calling homosexual sex a sin. I can see it if it applies to "victimless" sins like that but not something more direct like stealing or murder. Then again we have kind of accepted lying in various degrees or at least don't get upset about it.your pal, Fred |
