Posted by Mitch45 on Fri Feb 22 16:46:07 2013 That over 65 years have passed since the UN voted to partition Palestine and almost that long has passed since the formation of the state of Israel, and yet the legitimacy of the Jewish state is still being debated around the world, and not just in Arab quarters, as if it was still just an idea being bandied about at the UN?India's independence was declared in 1947, just before Israel's. Has anyone aside from Pakistan been upset about that? |
