nearly 20 years ago ... but like a good republican state, bribery solved that problem. Look into it ... you'd go even more batshit than you already are knowing that BMW is getting oodles of state AND federal tax dollars so that the taxpayer equips them with what they want already trained for the menial tasks. That's how your favorite Germans solved the problem here. And here you are LOVING the Germans for it.
