Our positions and outlook hold the higher intellectual and moral ground.A truce on my side would be a tacit recognition that his points of view are comparable and worthy of respect. They are not and I am not prepared to make them such. He needs to recant and denounce them first. Only then will there not only be a truce but also a lasting peace. |
