YouTube is the only one of those sites I use regularly. Since I use it multiple times per day I've found YouTube Premium to be worth it. No starting ads, and even when the content-creator throws an ad into the middle, the "jump ahead" feature is usually there for you. In terms of the actual content, you just have to recognize clickbait and identify the channels that are of the best quality, much like what regular TV once was. I try to beat the algorithm a little by only glancing at what the initial homepage shows me, before just going to my subscriptions page which -- up until very recently -- was a fair chronological listing of the videos from channels that I have subscribed to. (But apparently the algorithm must reign supreme because even the subscriptions page has recently been corrupted with a "most relevant" section they want you to see first. SMH).

I have a full mop of hair to this day just past 50. It�s gone mostly gray now and I had hairier legs when I was younger than now. I think the loss is from the socks. That could be my imagination though.
