How come these aren’t donated to the NYTM collection?

I don't know where he got them from, but one day in 1968 when I rode the then-Q19A (now Q69) to the last stop at 82nd St. and Astoria Blvd., I found hundreds of Triboro bus transfers scattered over the ground (remember this was not far from the Triboro bus depot). This was like winning the lottery for me at the time.

I would assume the NYTM would want more bus paraphernalia as much of their stuff focuses on subways.

After paper transfers were stopped being used, me and someone else went to a bus depot and there was a box of orange and blue transfers in the dumster and we took them. Metrocared transfers were being used and these were dated and never going to be used.
