In a news helicopter video, I was surprised to see traffic passing on one travel lane while the wrecked bus had almost reached the highway. Has anyone found a video of getting the bus returned to the pavement? Thanks. |

I understand that coaches built 2016 or later had to provide seat belts. Too many people flew out the windows.--- I wonder who the manufacturer was. I wonder whether Regency places feel numbers on their buses. |

A Newsday update revealed the name of the driver (Lisa Shaffer) and gave the age of the bus as "9-year-old." Feds required seat belts in 2016. |
