It wasn't approved because it paralled the train and would not be cost effective. A driver told me it was even scheduled out but never was implemented.

Except that the R118 ran all the way along Guyon Avenue to Mill Road where it turned right ending at the old Oakwood Beach, IIRC at the foot of Tarlton Street.
