Complaint

How do I file a complaint against a NYCT bus driver?

I want supervisors to see video of a bus driver yelling at customers to get off his bus at a red light not in a stop.

I saved my MetroCard and will show it to labor relations.

Buses do not carry customers, they carry passengers.

Never liked the reference to customers. They want us to think of them as a company. What company is not willing to make any money investments in service but always wants to provide less?

That's a writable -up violation in 100% of transit systems, you stop at Bus stops!

NYCT Bus has a “Request A Stop” program that allows bus operators to let passengers alight anywhere it is safe after 1000PM, I’m not sure of the AM cut off time.

That reminds me of when Logan Airport in Boston began their obnoxious piped-in music in the terminals. It was called something like "Airport Radio" and had a repeated message along the lines of "you're not our passengers, you're our customers." Which sounded to me like they were saying you're all potential sales targets, hardly endearing.

True...but the passenger has to request that stop..
