Am I correct in guessing that the buses will drop arriving passengers at the boarding platforms? This is a change from what was done at the suburban level of PABT from its opening and also from what was done at George Washington Bridge from its opening. Buses had a long drop-off platform along the right-hand edge with stairs (no elevators) to the mezzanine and street.

The NBC article mentions 125 seats in the waiting room. It also mentions cashless boarding. Are there smaller operators that don't use vending machines? Are the van services up in the terminal or on the street?

They're paying rent actually, to the tune of $9-12K a month per bay.
