You have to use straight quotes, not curly quotes.

I only have straight quotes. It always worked before.

Those are curly quotes, though. Looks like your computer or browser is being clever and converting them, like a word processor.

My title was "Can we trust DOT? The editor changed it because I guess he wanted to be nice.

Their promise to install signs alerting drivers to the next left turn, which I mentioned, had nothing to do with buses or bicycles, so I fully agree with you. I find the MTA a much better agency to deal with which is why I didn't go after them as much regarding SBS.
