I wonder if this redesign will finally add the long proposed LaGuardia Airport bus service along Webster Av over the RFK Bridge.

Nice to see 3 legged transfers get a mention in there. I wonder how many trips would be doable without paying an extra fare and what the financial implications would be if the MTA moved to allowing unlimited transfers for either a 90 or 120 minute period instead of just allowing one (with a step up fee charged for express buses).

'About 60% of Bronx residents commute by transit'

But at the same time there were 8101 more passenger vehicles registered in the Bronx in 2017 compared to 2015, a 3.36% increase. The Bronx is becoming more well-off.
