So we count joints, not sections, with the root word articulate ?On trains, we count sections, like Duplexes and Triplexes. Seems more intuitive. |

Since "articulate" refers to the articulated joint, if there are 2 joints it's "bi-articulate." The article seems to agree. The current articulated buses, which have 2 sections, are not called"biarticulates;" they are called "articulates." |
