No, because people are scared it will bankrupt them...and they should be. However, it is illegal to prevent new intercity bus service from operating to Boston. It is also illegal to force buses to pickup areas that would have almost the same effect as not letting them operate at all.Fung Wah has the money to fight, but they choose not to. |
