At some point in time, every bus model was new... even the original GMC New Look had teething problems, and "proven" models like the RTS in its later years don't guarantee the build quality of earlier years.NJT had no idea what to expect from the Volvo artics they ordered in 1985 - they ended up in service almost 20 years. |

BYD could work especially at a depot like MJQ for the M66 and M72 lines. For some reason those two never get the orion bus assigned to those lines because of the height issue at the 65th street transverse. Will NYC have to order a certain bus for those routes when the NOVABUS eventually retires? |
