Boooo, I wanted to see the rail line restored. I guess the Orange M to Rock Park is a pipe dream now..

Well it's not unheard of to have subway corridors parallel BRT/SBS (e.g. Nostrand Ave, and maybe-soon-to-be Second Ave), though the purpose of BRT/SBS in my opinion is to go where the subway doesn't, i.e. Cross-Brooklyn, Eastern Queens, etc. Woodhaven Blvd fits that criterion in terms of location (the subway doesn't go north-south in Queens) but yeah it means leaving-abandoned the parallel rail line.
