Posted by caine515 on Wed Feb 25 13:04:25 2015 So far on property we have NOVALFS #8090 in service at Jamaica. The Xcelsior models are comning in faster than the NOVALFS. Is there a delay to get them in service? |

Do anybody know what the holdup ? i believe bus # 8090 came in around Dec 2014 for a 30days test if go well will get deliv. right away it been over 60days is it the new rear design with diff. engine placement giving them the problem ? the TA should've reorder stick with the succesful model design they had now 8000-8089 series WITH the REAR window rather then this junk boring 8090 - 8700s series no rear window on back, they didn;t have any problem when they reorder the 60 foot bus with the same design, hopefully the delay is to change the rear section design back to the ORG. back with the rear window like the 8000-8089 by the way having a rear window is much cheaper in the long run ? cause the rear board cover have to be repaint very few years that is labor cost and time and paint cost they wasting compare on the window all it need is a little cleaning once a while when they do bus cleaning |

The delivery schedule always been April. Its now late April or May. The rear window controversy is so stupid. They do factor in on maintenance like clean up passengers that left behind at the rear window. Painting the full rear cost is so minuscule. |
