MTA should have kept these in service as they seem to be short on Artics anyway, didn't realize there was D60s in good enough shape to have a second life elsewhere. |

They're all low miles. Phoenix Transit 1999 NABIs have an average of over 600,000 miles. The oldest group of D60LFs is 2003, which have an average of over 325,000 miles. |
