I've heard a couple of reasons why Septa went with Nova for their new buses. What I'm showing here is what I was told.1. New Flyer was too booked up to even bid on this order. or, 2. Nova underbid the competitors. Septa will be stuck with these Nova buses, hope they work out the kinks. |
