(Friday) afternoon traffic accident on the westbound side of the Massachusetts Turnpike in Auburn has snarled traffic and has state police searching for the driver of a Megabus that may have been involved in the crash. According to police, troopers arriving on the scene learned from witnesses that a large Megabus may have cut off a sedan that in turn collided with another vehicle.
Auburn fire personnel responded to the accident near exit 10 at around 3:20 p.m. and tweeted that the crash involved three vehicles.
State police have asked for the public's help in finding the driver of the Megabus, described as a black male with large dreadlocks.
Police are looking for the bus in order to interview the driver.
