Peter Pan e-ticket same-day change |

Posted by jasonbellamy on Sun Aug 19 13:35:26 2012 Anyone know if you can use a Peter Pan e-ticket on a different bus on the same day?Their website says yes in one place, and no in another. And when I called, they kept me on hold for 10 minutes, and *then* told me the voice mail was full. |

On the Northeast Express routes (NY-BOS, NY-DC, NY-Philly, NY-Baltimore, NY-Hartford-Springfield) they have "reservation" service. Tickets for those schedules are only valid for the date/time on the ticket. I know in Boston they like to charge people extra to board a different bus but NYC seems not to. Outside of that, your results may vary.All the other routes like the old Bonanza routes and the local routes you should be able to use the ticket on a different bus. |
