Manhattan and Bronx will always be dominate in artic orders.Good, I don't want them anyway. Let Brooklyn get the MTS instead. |

That was the original assignment for these buses.30 for MJQ, 30 for KB, and 30 for 100th Street. I cannot see the NYCTDOB using these buses on the Bx12 SBS. These new buses will get torn up just like the Novas are now. MWAP |

So AGAIN I ask..why Not place them on "other" routes outside of Manhattan Bronx and now Queens? Why not Brooklyn? |

Fresh Pond Road and Myrtle Ave. aren't too bad on Weenends, esp. since school is out. On a weekday rush hour they could never any Fresh Pond route. Artics are just too big to pull into most of Ridgewood's/Bushwick's bus stops. I was watching that on on FP road and they almost take up half the block! They would be blocking the box constantly on such small streets. Ridgewood drivers can't stand that and they will always honk when something like that happens. Also artics cnnot fit in FP's entrance.I've been on the B38 many times on rush hours. The OrionVIIs a more than capable of handling the Downtown Brooklyn crowds. No "east to west" north Brooklyn route needs them to be honest. The B46, yes it has a good chance at seeing artics. I agree with that. |
