MTA/NTCT RTS 9570

This afternoon around 5 PM, right ouside of Grand Ave. depot, this bus was rear ended by an 18 wheeler. Heavy damage to the rear of the bus: bumper and hood bashed in with lots of speedy dry on the ground absorbing the lubricants. IDK if it was in Q59 service or not.

Keep an eye on this machine if it will be repaired or not. It is/was a running good bus, I rode on it recently.

I'd be surprised if they spend much money fixing a 14-year-old bus, but then again this is the MTA we're talking about.

What?! Noooooo! That bus was in good condition, I can't believe it got crashed into. Even though it's at GA, those 9500s are still a part of my teen years. It's a real shame to see one of them go like that. :(

As much as i love RTS'S and i do i dnt think fixing somthing almost 15 years old is worth it is there any pics of 9570
