SEPTA Maps now Online: |
|
Posted by RiverLINE3501 on Sat Mar 31 18:34:57 2012 FINALLY! The full SEPTA system maps are posted online for all to see.Too bad they are not up to date [like the Broad St changes], but at least the maps are online: a href=http://www.septa.org/maps/region/pdf/phila.pdf>City Division Transit Map a href=http://www.septa.org/maps/region/pdf/suburb.pdf>Suburban Map Now let's see if we could get New Jersey Transit to post bus system maps online! |

I don't like the "put your origin destination and we'll tell you which bus route to use". I want to see a map! From there I'll decide my routing, (after checking schedules of course). Many times with those types of services there are alternative routes you can use, or simpler routings by walking a few blocks. |

There isn't an official one if I recall correctly. There's the Rail Map showing the rail lines and connection rail services (PATH, SEPTA, and PATCO). There used to be some sort of regional bus "maps" out there that just showed which routes connected with each hub, rather than the streets each bus takes to get to each hub. |

I think i was thinking of just the Rail Map they released. If they did a bus map it would have to be segmented into regions. The SEPTA map is too large and clunky for Adobe Reader. |
