Museum Bus 9098

Is it really true that the Vintage 1958 GMC 5106 model bus #9098 having serious mechanical trouble where the mechanics had to remove all the pink plastic seats? If so, I don't understand because this classic was just restored last year.

Sounds like april fools came early. About the only reason you'd pull all the seats out is if you had structural or floor problems. Of course with all the other nonsense i've seen on this board of late...

That was Museum Bus #7144 which had the pink seats removed.
