Congressman Bob Brady announced a tentative agreement in the SEPTA strike. If SEPTA management/board and the TWU Local # 234 Executive Committee agree tomorrow afternoon, transit service could resume by Saturday evening. It would be a five year contract that includes a resolution to the conflict over seniority rights for maintenance workers.
