Spotted today at 3:30pm at on the Van Wyck Expressway Service Road and Jamaica Avenue was a ex-NYCTA 8000 series TMC Bus with the blue stripe painted out.She was all white.This bus was operating under its own power,and was bound for Jamaica.I was a couple of blocks away,so i couldnt get over to where i saw her in time.Now,before some of you ask,"How did you know it was a ex-TA 8000?" She had the "Pork Chop" window,and she still had the American Flag decal in the rear window.Anyone else see or know anything about this one??? |
