The 1st of Jamaica's NGs has arrived. Sighted 4433 parked on Merrick Blvd with corresponding decals on it. It appeared that it will be used for training purposes "for the time being" until more units arrive. I checked out parts of the Q3 Q4 and the Q17 and saw nothing but RTSs. Sorry-no pics were taken of 4433. :(

[The 1st of Jamaica's NGs has arrived.]

Jamaica is supposed to get 4431-4482. The next batch, 4483-4512, was originally supposed to be JFK's first 07 NG's, so it is possible that batch may wind up at Spring Creek or another MTA bus facility. Time will tell.

Speaking of the 3962-3964....I saw 3961 today on the M-60 in service. Damn thing is naked.

Thanks for the report. It sucks that the ugly Old Generation Lead Acid Hybrids are still going to be in the outer boroughs that I prefer to busfan, that is except for the Queens Village Hybrids.

that means all buses up to 4449 have been produced. 3960 was held at orion along with 3961. now orion will hold 4450 and 4451 until the order is complete and 4452 will begin the 2010 series.
