Damn, that sucks for FP.Speaking of 8600's, rode 8621 on the Q35 today. Finally a decent ex-NYCT bus for a change on the Q35. It also had the cameras on it. Coming to think of it, I think it would've made more sense to send these buses to Flatbush because of the cameras and Flatbush sending the 8400's to Far Rockaway and other places. There's no point of having cameras on the Far Rock lines. imo. |

Now that I think about it, that space in the rear of the storage lot under the (M) station was used for buses about to get scrapped. These buses might not even see service here. I remember old buses like the 4700's stored there waiting to be moved out. That space is not for FP's daily service runs. We'll see what happens. |

There's no point of having cameras on the Far Rock lines. imo.The Q22 goes though some rough areas in far Rock, IMO worse than the B46. Bed stuy is being fixed up and I now see hipsters and yuppies in bed stuy (The G line is a good place to find them). Far Rock seems to be roughest hood in NYC IMO. I think camaras in FR Depot buses is a good idea. |
