American companies are adapting to European designs. Look at Orion 7NG, Gillig BRT, New Flyer x30/35/40LFR, Nova LFS, NABI BRT/Compobus, Optima Opus, etc. The Optima Opus is based off of a British design, and the Orion 7 NG looks like a bus in Germany with the frameless windows. |
