Breaking down your post:

#7178 was the one i had to Tom's River and had #7478 back. I noticed a few things:

7167-7187 are the new bathroom buses primarily for the 319 (although these buses are also used on the 553 from Atlantic City to Cumberland County). 7167-7176 are at Meadowlands, and 7177-7187 are assigned to Egg Harbor.

There were a few Flexible Metro's fully wrapped and some half wrapped. Also some MCI were wrapped too.

Unlike the MTA and Bee-Line, NJ Transit and all carriers leasing buses from NJT (except for DeCamp and Trans-Bridge (the latter of which does not sell ad space)) allow full and half wraps on their buses (full wraps only on Lakeland).

One question i got to ask: LOORI Bus Company in Tom's River operates the Route 36 local bus(believe it's Ocean Ride). I saw they had one 40-ft RTs #507 and a 35-ft but mostly blue birds. Do they still have the Neoplan as well?

#507 is an ex-NYC Transit GMC or TMC bus from the 1980s. The route is actually the Route 37 bus, an Ocean Ride (Ocean County, NJ) bus operated by Loori Bus Company, which is based in Keansburg, NJ along Route 36 (about 2 miles west of Academy's Leonardo lot on Route 36).

The Route 37 Ocean Ride is the ONLY contract line. All other routes are directly operated by county employees.
