That seems to happen a lot in Staten Island...all along Richmond Terrace. I was once waiting for the S54 (which shown up 1 hour late) at Broadway & Richmond Terrace one Friday afternoon, and I managed to spot 3 different Orion Vs being towed back towards Castleton within and hour and 20 minutes time frame. |
