NYCTA buses are not allowed by law on Todt Hill because they would lower property values. Too steep an incline off of Richmond Road for any local bus to handle anyway. But I have seen private coach-style buses take the incline. Todt Hill is too upscale an area, only the maids and butlers would use the bus anyway. (Seriously though, the lack of sidewalks on Todt Hill Road has caused fatalities.) |
