Any sort of change that affects in the least bit the rider's experience should be posted as soon as it is sure it will happen. Who knows how the riders will be informed of this?BTW, I actually did see one of the service notices posted about the Q35 being limited in Brooklyn. I had to squint to read it and this particular notice was closer to the back of the bus than the front. For service changes like the new BM5 and such, since they have so much space for ads, the banners should take up the length of the bus. I believe MTA is responsible not necessarily for forcing information into passenger's minds but at least making it very very difficult to miss. Posting one notice per bus and not in a presentable location does not cut it. |
