But you are ignoring 2 things here:1. almost all locals are far more efficient then the Q9A 2. the express bus is simply an innefficient means of transporting people. Do I expect the MTA to provide a Boeing Business jet to get me to my classes in the morning? If I paid them 75% of the cost, it would still make no sense, even if, as the case would be, they were lucky enough to have a 75% farebox recovery. |
